At Riambelle, each creation is handmade and made to order. Please note that the production time is added to the delivery time of the chosen carrier.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to follow the delivery of your package in real time.
Colissimo Delivery
Delivery by Colissimo is provided by La Poste and is delivered directly to your home.
- Indicative time frame: 48 to 72 hours (business days) for mainland France after shipping.
- Terms: The package is dropped in the mailbox if its dimensions allow.
- Tracking: Complete tracking available on the La Poste website.
Mondial Relay Delivery
Delivery by Mondial Relay allows you to pick up your package at a pickup point.
- Indicative time frame: 3 to 5 business days after shipping.
- Pickup: You have 8 to 14 days to collect your package with an ID.
- Notification: You will be notified by email or SMS as soon as your package is available.
