These terms govern the sale of plus-size women's clothing made to measure by Riambelle.
Products and Manufacturing
Each piece is made to order. The specifics of made-to-measure involve adjustments based on the information provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
Price
The prices of our products are indicated in Euros, all taxes included (TTC). Processing and shipping fees are specified before the order is confirmed.
Order
Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these General Conditions. The order is validated after payment confirmation. Given the artisanal nature, a manufacturing delay should be expected.
Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. We offer two shipping methods:
- Colissimo: Home delivery (48h-72h after shipping).
- Mondial Relay: Delivery to a pickup point (3-5 business days after shipping).
Riambelle cannot be held responsible for delivery delays solely due to customer unavailability or transport services.
Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized (made-to-measure).
Warranties
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

Riambelle reserves the right to collect personal information and data concerning you. They are necessary for the management of your order.
Disputes
The present terms of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts will be the only competent authorities. The registered office of the company Riambelle is located at 1 avenue des Près de Garonne, 33140, Villenave d'Ornon, France.
